Training Calendar
To get the most from our weekly sessions we plan to cover each discipline (Swim, Bike, Run) separately.

Below is the calendar as planned for the 2017 summer season. We'll post on our media and email as early as practicable if the weather is bad or if we need to cancel for whatever reason. In the event of bad weather we'll probably revert to indoor pool sessions if the pool is available. Any queries to Laura on 086 859 3482 or by email

Session Rules

- Be on time - Keep your kit in working order (Bike, brakes etc)

- Parent/Guardian MUST sign you In AND Out of all sessions. No adult = No Session. They don't have to hang around but they do need to be punctual.

- When you sign-in you'll be given a wristband with a colour that matches your coaches for the evening. This is your group and you must stay in it.

- There's a Penalty Box, as in all Triathlon races, it's Jail if you break the rules. Any disruptive behaviour buys you 2 minutes in the Penalty Box, 2 strikes and it's a 1-week ban.

- Don't Litter >>> Take your rubbish home or place it in an appropriate bin
All sessions will take place at Claycastle unless otherwise stated, 7:30 - 9pm.

What to Bring to your sessions:
For all sessions you need a water bottle, have eaten in the hour previous and maybe a snack for afterwards.

Swim - You need hat, goggles and wetsuit. You'll also need a towel and dry clothes for changing

Bike - Your bike needs to be in good condition with working brakes. Helmet is essential and gloves are useful

Run - Trisuit or running gear. Runners.

Any Safeguarding issues should be addressed to our Children's Officer Michael Murphy on 087 274 7667 or email

Any Membership queries to Laura on 086 859 3482 or by email
